[Company strength]
We have established our position as a company engaged in sales, production management, manufacturing, and inspection, although our corporate scale is small. Our company satisfies customer needs with a select few hard-working staff members. We have a unique management system for production management, which is capable of managing deliveries and also enables instantaneous traceability. Our staff on the factory floor are educated by in-house lectures aiming at sharing equipment, which is an advantage of our company. They can operate dedicated machines, and also make the most of any kind of equipment, such as five-axis, vertical, and horizontal machining centers and NC lathes.

Our company mainly processes aluminum and other nonferrous metals or resins by machining and NC lathing. We use a five-axis processing machine for multifaceted products. We also cover processing from combined machining to surface treatment by linking wire and laser processing. We satisfy customer requests with integrated processing from drafting to assembly.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We have established a reputation for our technology for machining thin, difficult-to-process articles. We take on the challenge of the ultimate in flatness and parallelism without grinding by combining our uniquely devised attachment technique and vacuum pump driving method. We also do business in special fields, such as mirror-finishing the plate joint surfaces of semiconductor device parts with NC lathes and 3D design carving that makes the most of 3D CAM.

Customer needs are now becoming more diverse and processing is becoming even more difficult in terms of improving precision, reducing sizes, and handling complicated shapes. In the whirlpool of technical innovation our company has also been promoting the installation of state-of-the-art equipment. This includes a simultaneous five-axis machining center, horizontal machining center, and large-diameter NC lathe. We think we should have a strict inspection system and be well-prepared for inspections in our use of processing technologies. Our company possesses coordinate measuring machines and various other inspection tools, and we are constantly working to ensuring product accuracy. We also constructed a unique system for process management and quality management and are devoting our energies to management efforts. We also have a perfect traceability system that even supports answering inquiries about parts delivered in the past.

Our company has two employees assigned to sales and technology to acquire new customers. Our goal is to decentralize our business and protect it from fluctuations under social trends. We bring many samples of our products to let customers actually hold them and feel their quality when we visit customers after making a telephone appointment. Either one of our two staff members for sales and technology always remains in the office to answer quotation requests from new customers and quickly provide technical consulting.

Our semiconductor manufacturing equipment parts have been adopted by Intel, which has the top share of the semiconductor market. Our cosmetics device parts have been adopted by Shiseido and Kosé.
