Our company has been satisfying the needs of many companies for magnetic polishing machines since its establishment in 1988. We now provide a wide lineup of magnetic polishing machines for optimal selection according to the shape and use of workpieces. We can satisfy any kind of request for micro-deburring and polishing. We can also conduct processing tests on metal materials.

[Business description]
Our company has been planning and developing machines for finishing metal machined products since its establishment. We provide deburring, polishing, and cleaning to improve product quality. We conducted research aiming at improving part deburring and edge finishing as well as surface roughness, oxide film removal, and cleaning effects. This resulted in our development of a machine that is capable of processing iron, and also aluminum and other light metals. This product went on the market in 1990.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our high-performance PRITIC Series magnetic polishing machines realize high-quality deburring at a low cost. These machines employ unique technology, which is completely different from conventional barrel polishing machines that make use of centrifugal acceleration. Our technology brings out excellent characteristics unique to magnetic polishing machines, such as not damaging the materials. Our products feature energy generation from the high-speed rotation of magnetic media, which exhibits the best effectiveness in micro-deburring and precision polishing. They are applicable to an extremely wide range of media from general metal materials and light metals to hard plastics. Iron machining is also possible with a slider. We have acquired patents in Japan, the United States, and Europe.

A showy business is not necessary for precision magnetic polishing technology. All we need to do is to steadily accumulate experience and wisdom every day. We need to repeatedly pose and solve various issues one-to-one with our customers. We have been taking steps toward ideal micro-deburring throughout the history of our company. We will continue to walk on the same path to flexibly adapt ourselves to our changing environment.

Our company has a workforce of only five people, which is why the president takes the lead in responding to customer requests.
