We possess two plants in Japan and four overseas. We can provide thorough coverage from trial manufacturing, mold part manufacturing, and mold manufacturing to press production, mainly with progressive and deep drawing press molds up to 250 tons. This is how we can proceed with confidence in planning and developing pressed parts. Our group possess a total of over 80 presses.

[Business description]
Our company is a major manufacturer of precision molds established in 1957. We have accumulated technology and trust by providing a total of 5,000 molds. We excel at progressive deep drawing. Integrated production from design to manufacturing is also an advantage of our company. We provide pressed parts by mass production at our Iida plant in Nagano Prefecture as well as four overseas plants in Thailand, the Philippines, and China (Wuxi and Shenzhen). We deliver equivalent quality in Japan and abroad. We are one of the world's top 10 independent mold manufacturers in the field of reflector molds, and we also export molded formed products. Our CNC 3D bender is a world-first product, which was developed by industry-university collaboration. It is capable of bending pipes to specified bending radii without molds. We also manufacture and sell peripheral equipment for machining mold parts, such as our very popular tilting electromagnetic chucks with a built-in sine bar as well as rotary chucks.

We delivered a total of 5,000 molds as one of the major precision mold manufacturers in the period of 58 years after our foundation. These were provided for automotive precision parts and hi-tech home electronics appliance parts to meet the needs of customers leading the times. There have been rapid advances in the development of new products and innovation of production technologies. We have cultivated knowledge and experience about mold design, manufacturing, operation, and maintenance. This knowledge and experience enable us to instantaneously derive solutions to daily issues. This is our greatest advantage. We operate, maintain, and manage molds from the customer's viewpoint. This is why we can create products with high maintainability, accuracy, and yield rate.

Isao Ito founded our company in 1957 in order to modernize precision mold working. We have accumulated technologies endorsed by experience and passion. We contribute to the industry with many deep drawing and precision progressive press mold manufacturing technologies, including unique technologies. There are many products that bear our company's brand as the never-changing foundation passed down from the founder. The products created by our company are full of technical power that causes the industry to break through to the next generation, and the remarkable design sense of passionate engineers.

We possess two plants in Japan, and we inaugurated our first overseas plant in Thailand in 1995. Our company now has a total of four overseas plants, including facilities in the Philippines and China (Wuxi and Shenzhen). We have been preparing overseas agencies since we started to export our CNC pipe bender export in 1996. We have also been dispatching engineers to Germany for licensed production of machines intended for the European market.
