[Company strength]
46 years have passed since our founding in 1969. We started as a subcontractor with a few employees and specialized in parts processing using a few general-purpose machine tools. We have since made effective use of many opportunities and addressed challenges, and established ourselves as an integrated manufacturer dealing with the design, manufacture, and inspection of automation systems for large sheet metal presses, tailor welded blank systems, and automation systems for hot press lines. We have the top market share in Japan and are in the world’s top three for tailor welded blank systems.

We integrally design, manufacture, and inspect automation systems for large sheet metal presses, tailor welded blank (TWB) systems, and automation systems for hot press lines.

[Strength of products/technologies]
The same engineers are responsible for manufacturing using various technical equipment such as conveyor machines for presses, TWB welding machines, and automation systems for hot presses. We have accumulated a broad range of mechanical technologies and skills and are able to promptly and reliably satisfy various customer needs. All of our products feature “karakuri” (mechanism). Karakuri demonstrates that we make full use of the high performance of our facilities and achieve reliability, and is an impressive feature of the facilities.

We are keen to expand into overseas markets, and so we meet with customers across the globe and reflect their opinions in specific product development and service expansion. Serving a wider range of customers leads to diversification of customer needs, so we must raises our sights and goals of product development and service expansion. We cannot enjoy prosperity in the future unless we achieve our goals. We are committed to becoming recognized as one of the world’s renowned manufacturers, working as one and pressing ahead with business with a strong will.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We actively participate in exhibitions for sales development, and are planning to step up our activities through overseas exhibitions in the future. We will also improve after-sales service for products in order to boost sales of our products overseas, and therefore set up a service base in Shanghai, China, followed by a service base in the US, which recently entered full-scale operation. We are training human resources, including English training and service skills improvement, to expand our overseas service bases.
