We are expanding our electrical machinery business to the fields of illumination, medical treatment, and analysis equipment.

We are a manufacturer of electrical machinery that was founded in 1978. We mainly manufacture processed products made of difficult-to-machine metals such as tungsten and molybdenum for various fields such as illumination equipment, medical treatment equipment, and analysis equipment. We offer built-to-order manufacturing, and we are also involved in Monozukuri craftsmanship from the product development stage. We have established a system for one-stop support from single-article prototypes to mass production. We have a track record of doing business with major companies in Japan and abroad, including Philips Lighting and GE, as well as the Toshiba Group and Panasonic Group. We are planning to accelerate overseas expansion of our medical treatment and analysis equipment.

[Company strength]
We are involved in manufacturing from the development stage according to customer needs, rather than being a simple processing manufacturer. This is done by making full use of our expertise in high-melting-point metal, which we have been cultivating since our foundation. We can provide one-stop support from single-article prototypes to mass production (development of automatic production equipment). We can make various proposals according to any request from the customer.

Our company conducts precision processing and welding of high-melting-point, difficult-to-machine metals such as tungsten and molybdenum, which are used in various fields such as illumination, medical treatment, and analysis. We also develop new materials by making use of powder metal and ceramics.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We have technological advantages in the following fields.
(1) Micro coiling using various materials (such as tungsten wire with diameter 0.05 mm).
(2) Precision processing of difficult-to-machine materials such as tungsten, molybdenum, tantalum, and titanium (such as screw cutting and combined processing).
(3) Welding of different metals (including laser, resistor, plasma, and other welding methods).
(4) Micro hole drilling and drawing processing.
(5) Thermal treatment using a high-speed vacuum furnace with a maximum temperature of 2800 °C. 
(6) Development of sintered materials using powder metals and ceramics.
(7) Machine polishing and chemical polishing of various metals.

We began our business in 1978 as a manufacture of filament coils for illumination. We have advantages in processing high-melting-point metals such as tungsten and molybdenum. Our company is characterized by its one-stop processing covering from material development to product processing and automatic machine design. In addition to the illumination field we now deliver parts related to medical treatment, analysis, and radiation to a wide range of companies in Japan and abroad. Our company already has a high degree of recognition in the illumination field from major overseas manufacturers, and our sales amount is increasing year by year. This relates to our expansion to the medical treatment and analytical equipment industry. We have been exhibiting our products at trade shows since last year. This year we also plan to exhibit at overseas events, as well as those in Japan.
