[Company strength]
We are constantly improving our service quality in the belief that “quality is the foundation of a manufacturer.” We have built a database of past problem cases to improve our technology by sharing the lessons learned from failures with our processing lines. With many advanced inspection devices and equipment, we have a strict quality management system. All employees work together under the motto of “never make or distribute a defective product” throughout the company. We hold regular technical seminars and study meetings with in-house instructors to improve our human resources. As a result, we have converted our tacit knowledge of engineering and technology accumulated over many years into explicit knowledge, thus strengthening employees’ knowledge and skills. [Business description]
We have more than 60 years of experience with cutting techniques since the company was founded. By coordinating “meister” based on many years of experience and “machine,” we have been engaged mainly in cutting and metal processing services. We are good at processing metal bars, forged materials and casting sintering. We can handle diameters ranging from 10 to 350 mm and lengths of up to 1,500 mm. Regarding production capacity, we can process from one to 250,000 pieces by our 24-hour system and so can supply products in a short delivery time.

[Strength of products/technologies]
One of our strengths is peripheral equipment for automation. We design and manufacture workpiece loaders/unloaders, automatic measuring devices and flash removers to reduce man-hours when one employee operates more than one machine tool in the cutting process for automobile parts. Specifically, we make length-measuring machines for power steering shafts, automatic drilling machines for clutch gears and automatic spring tension flash removers.

By outsourcing production of CAD and inspection lists using IT, in addition to product trading, we will reduce indirect costs and manufacturing costs. By minimizing indirect costs and promoting automation and streamlining, we can lower domestic manufacturing costs, making us more internationally competitive. We can then enter the global market. Although our Chinese factory currently supplies only Japanese corporations there, we are considering expanding to serve companies from Europe, the US and Korea in the future.
