We manufacture engine valves and mechanical parts, and aim to make aircraft parts.

We manufacture automobile engine valves, turbocharger parts, and machine components. We provide an integrated service from mold design for parts to forging, heat treatment, precision machining, quality assurance and distribution. Based on our long experience of doing business with major automobile parts manufacturers, we can meet customers’ requests for wear resistance, resistance to high temperature, and improved precision workability by participating in the customers’ work starting from the design stage to material selection and profile design. In addition, we conduct R&D on advanced materials together with materials manufacturers and universities. We are seeking sales channels in foreign countries including India, Thailand, Vietnam, Europe, and the US. We aim to enter the fields of medical equipment and aircraft components.

[Company strength]
Based on our experience of long business relationships (indirect) with major automakers, we can meet the most advanced technical demands. Particularly amid the growing demand for energy-saving and downsizing, the demand for turbochargers is increasing; similarly, the demand for abrasion resistance, high-temperature resistance, and precise workability is also increasing. We jointly work with customers from the stages of design development, selection of materials, and profile design to meet such demands. In the industrial machinery field, we make integrated proposals covering from strength, yield improvement, and precision workability by utilizing our forging skills in order to satisfy cost reduction requirements.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We work with the materials laboratory of a national university to develop new materials. Last year (2014), we developed an inexpensive new material (NF90) that features excellent heat resistance, abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance, and applied for a patent. We have also acquired JIS Q 9100 certification, a standard essential for the production of parts for aircraft, aerospace, and defense.

Since last year, we have been seeking sales channels to supply our products to overseas users. We are actively conducting publicity in India, Europe, the US, Thailand and Vietnam. In Japan, we are conducting sales activities in the precision machinery, medical equipment, and aircraft component industries. We can satisfy demands in any field with our materials development, design technology, mold production technology, forging technology, heat treatment technology, and machining technology; we are proud to be able to handle any request.
