Our strengths are machining and micromachining such as boring and grooving as small as 30 µm
Our company manufactures metal parts using machining, fine hole drilling, milling, turning processing, EDM processing, image measurement, and 3D measurement instruments. We particularly excel at micromachining mainly with cutting tools, and we can handle boring and grooving as small as 30 µm. Our philosophy is to do a better job than what was indicated in the drawing by understanding the customer’s needs, and by providing what is naturally expected such as deburring. We take on orders from a single piece. We can deal with new products and prototypes in the R&D phase, and small-lot parts that require micromachining, combined machining, and fine hole drilling.
