We accept the challenge of making advances in processing.
Equipped with a fine cutting machine, we have an electron microscope, a precision measuring microscope, a digital microscope and other inspection devices to help meet our customers’ demands in super-fine processing. We can handle a wide variety of materials (resin and metals, as well as fragile materials). We develop our business through our strength in precision cutting.

Contracted fine, precision cutting processes and processing trial products and development products. Our service is used in a wide variety of fields including semiconductors, electronic parts, optical devices, flat panels, analyzers, medical devices, cars, universities and laboratories.
We help customers with engineering development and manufacturing from development conception to start up manufacturing at customer’s production line.


[Strength of products/technologies]
We are capable of drilling as small as 0.01mm in diameter and end-milling at 0.01mm in width.
We can process single and multiple nozzles for absorption, discharging and opening/closing, various fine tools and parts for manufacturing equipment and medical devices. We also make mock-ups for laboratories and other newly developed products. Nozzle processing is our strongest service.
In addition to metal, we can handle highly functional resins as well as fragile, and other materials.

We excel at fine cutting. We have increasing offers for trial products for semiconductors used in cars and medical R&D. Our mission is to make unique product that manifest our customer’s concepts. We make the most of our second-to-none drilling skills to develop new techniques and build customer’s trust. We are looking forward to hearing from you soon.
