[Company strength]
Aluminum die-cast products are manufactured from 700-degree Celsius molten aluminum by casting using dies. They require more detailed finishing as they become more complicated in shape and smaller in size. Our company stably manufactures finishing-free high-precision die-cast products by combining high-precision dies manufactured by our skilled workers with our advanced casting technology. Our products received Kawaguchi i-mono Brand accreditation in FY2011 and our technology was recognized as a Kawaguchi i-waza Brand in FY2014.

[Business description]
Our company designs and manufactures various dies and molds made of aluminum, zinc, and other materials. We feature an integrated in-house system based on manufactured dies and molds from product casting and molding to processing, finishing, assembly, and inspection. We mainly manufacture precision parts for professional-use cameras, mirrorless single-lens reflex cameras, digital cameras, video cameras, and personal computer peripherals. We make constant efforts to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our aluminum die-casting has made finishing unnecessary. This finishing-free processing has the following advantages.
(1) Cutter clearance is unnecessary (extending design flexibility and contributing to the compactness of part designs).
(2) Processing of complicated shapes (machining not possible) with high accuracy.
(3) Contributes to increasing strength because a chill zone (surface hardened layer) can be left.
(4) Minimum machining equipment (reduction of initial cost).
(5) Minimum machining points (reduction of running cost).
(6) Reduction of manufacturing lead time.
We were able to realize this technology by making use of the technologies we have been accumulating for many years. We also constantly take on the challenge of products with difficult specifications (shape, wall thickness, and tolerance).

Our company aims to provide valuable products to customers under a corporate philosophy of making everybody happy with our Monozukuri craftsmanship. We make use of our finishing-free aluminum die-casting technology to provide good products to customers in Japan and also overseas. We will extend our sales channels to meet society’s expectations to be a company that is significant to people while satisfying requests from many customers.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Three staff members from our sales department are in charge of engineering sales. Our design engineers for mold manufacturing provide thorough support for technical consulting for our customers. Our production sites include our head office and factory in the Aoki district of Kawaguchi City and a casting factory in Kazo City. We have an overseas factory in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China to provide products directly to the local factory of a major Japanese electrical equipment manufacturer.
