Processing of precision parts, commissioned designing of devices, and manufacture and sale of in-house products

We carry out processing of parts made of difficult-to-cut materials such as metals, resins and hard, brittle materials, commissioned production of various jigs and metal molds, commissioned designing of mechatronics machine devices for general industry, and OEM manufacture. We have also developed in-house various products such as ultrasonic vibration tables, high-rigidity ultrasonic cutters, laver automatic cutters, machines for cutting laver into very thin pieces, etc. We also perform consulting on production techniques, site improvement, market creation, etc. We handle commissioned manufacture of medium-volume and mass production of parts and machines ranging from an order quantity of one, as a made-to-order Monozukuri (manufacturing) factory. We carry out high-quality fine processing of hard, brittle materials and difficult-to-cut materials by using ultrasound techniques.
