We manufacture material test pieces and ultrasound flaw detection test pieces.


We manufacture material test pieces, prototype parts and jigs, particularly in the fields of automobiles, heavy electrical machinery and aviation, and also manufacture ultrasound flaw detection test pieces for the nondestructive inspection field, with a short turnaround time. First, we propose material test pieces and ultrasound flaw detection test pieces in the design stage, cutting the pieces from material of a complex shape, and lastly perform high accuracy inspection. We have dedicated materials for ultrasound flaw detection test pieces in stock, and undertake difficult manufacturing such as small-diameter hole drilling and slit manufacturing in response to customer requests, in addition to JIS standard products. We are participating in the “Shitamachi Bobsleigh Network Project”, Ota-ward, Tokyo. We can handle work rejected by other companies thanks to different methods by networking with collaborating companies all over Japan.
