[Company strength]
Our company was a spin-off from an engineering company with 43 years of history and experience. Using broad know-how, we design and develop various structures and handle all development and design. We have been receiving many inquiries from overseas about our current machines and currently expanding sales channels.

[Business description]
We develop, manufacture and sell food processing machines, such as sausage cutters and automatic skewer machines, to meat processing companies. We have an overwhelming market share of sausage cutters in Japan. Almost all the frankfurter sausages sold in convenience stores in Japan are processed with our skewer machines. We provide a whole range of services from design to manufacture. As we became independent from an engineering firm that has been providing designs of mechanical equipment, we have accumulated expertise and know-how in the field of food machinery design to meet customer needs.

[Strength of products/technologies]
One of the technical advantages of our sausage cutters is that they cut sausages without leaving twisted parts on both ends. Because of our unique technology, our machines can also automatically cut a groove on both sides of sausage simultaneously at the time of cutting twists, thus reducing man-hours. Our skewer machine can process 2,000 to 17,000 items per hour. We design custom trays to perfectly match each customer’s needs. Our skewer machines can handle various kinds, lengths and diameters of skewers, including round skewers, flat skewers and paddle skewers. We also take sanitation of our machines seriously. Those parts in contact with food products are capable of being easily detached and cleaned without special tools.

We recently hired an expert to expand overseas sales channels, so we intend to more actively appeal to foreign customers by displaying our products at exhibitions overseas. We declared CE mark and are now expanding overseas sales including exporting to European countries.

Our brand name is widely recognized in Japan, which allows us to receive regular inquiries and orders without actively conducting sales. We have assigned English-speaking employees who are also experienced in international distribution and sales to handle foreign customers and inquiries. We are actively hiring personnel for overseas operations.

Our sausage cutters dominate the domestic market. Although another skewer machine manufacturer started this business ahead of us, we are confident in overtaking them.

Our machines are designated as advanced equipment machines under the Industrial Competitiveness Enhancement Act of the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry. We declared CE mark for our major sausage cutting machines and skewer machines in 2016.

Acquired patents include “Equipment for cutting links of sausages and a sausage production system” (patent no. 5391433), and one more. Patents applied in public include “Mechanism for attaching the housing part of a transport device and skewer machine (patent application no. 2013-198976, PAT-00070)”, and one more.

[Main Clients / Business History (domestic)]
We deliver sausage cutters and skewer machines to almost all major food manufacturers including Itoham Foods, Nippon Ham, Marudai Food, and Prima Meat Packers, which means we supply our products to a majority of the domestic ham companies.

[Main Clients / Business History (overseas)]
We deliver our products to Longda Meat, China, via Nippon Ham. We directly deliver our products to Better Foods Co., Ltd., Thailand. We also supply to the US, South Korea (via agents), Vietnam, Taiwan, CIS nations (Belarus and Russia via agents), Brazil, etc.
