We mainly design and manufacture cold, warm, and hot forging dies, press dies, gauges, jigs and tools, and precision parts. We manufacture products under an integrated production system based on know-how gained in gauge manufacturing since our foundation, ranging from design and proposal, to processing such as machining and grinding, and inspection. We are one of the five companies in Japan capable of manufacturing assembled gauges, which are generally considered difficult to manufacture. We can guarantee development and prototype manufacturing for any categories since we are specialized in high-mix low-volume production. We can manufacture products for various applications such as medical, welfare, and aerospace fields while taking advantage of our technology and know-how of automotive part gauges. Our services include the design, manufacturing, and sales of cold, warm, and hot forging dies, press dies, gauges, jigs and tools, and precision parts as well as various other parts.
