[Company strength]
We may encounter many unfamiliar shapes in the field of prototype processing. We have accumulated a wealth of experience with various kinds of know-how required for devising processes and clamps that correspond to shape accuracy and surface accuracy. We have been dealing with parts that are not placed on mass-production lines since our foundation. We are advancing processing by considering appropriate procedures one at a time. We can adapt as the situation may require and complete the product whatever circumstances we may encounter in the process. We take pride in being able to understand the features or particularities of a product shape and material, and in delivering products on the due date. Our advantage is that we have maintained such corporate customs and culture.

[Business description]
We have two plants: one in our Tokyo HQ, and another in Saitama Prefecture. We conduct processing from some design work to assembly and fitting of electric equipment at our Tokyo HQ plant, with a focus on processing machine tool parts. In our Saitama plant we machine prototype parts and parts for small-lot products for the fields of automobiles, rolling stock, defense-related equipment, and precision equipment. We also accept orders for machining pre-processing, such as drawing, material procurement of sheets, bars, casts and so on, thermal treatment, surface treatment, assembly, and preparation of quality evaluation tables. Our goal is to realize the next level of mass processing. We hope to become a good partner that can support you with proposals about processing conditions and VA planning.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We think that the basis of Monozukuri craftsmanship is the enhancement of processing equipment and measurement equipment, and good partnerships with reliable cooperating companies. We process prototypes mainly by using five sets of five-axis machining centers. We excel at using our technology to make maximum use of advanced machines to quickly supply products, and in achieving a 24-hour production system. We have arranged a system by which we can attach evaluation data for all items. This is done by making use of four sets of 3D measuring machines, equipment for contour form measurement, roundness measurement and surface roughness measurement, and so on. We handle key parts for F1 vehicles and Shinkansen bullet trains, although we cannot introduce specific examples of prototypes due to the need to maintain confidentiality.

We have experienced how commodities required by society drastically change with the changing times. We have responded to such changes with our technology, ideas, devices, and spirit of challenge, which we have cultivated since our foundation. However, there is still a wide area in which our company can play an active role, and we are confident that we have all kinds of opportunities. We want to continue to walk with our customers in pursuit of state-of-the-art technology by introducing the latest machinery, as well as our efforts in quality, delivery time, and price.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have a total of two staff members as points of contact for inquiries. One is based in Tokyo, and the other in Saitama. We will form an optimal ad-hoc team from among our six salespersons and four engineers to handle the customer’s inquiry according to its content.
