We are a precision screw manufacturer expanding in Japan and abroad.

Our company manufactures and sells nuts, bolts, and other precision screws. We have done business with all automobile manufacturers in Japan, including Tier 1, Tier 2, and trading firms. We were the first in Japan to manufacture and market Type 3 Class 2 cap nuts featuring light weight and a low price. We also developed high-strength aluminum bolts for industrial use using T3 treatment. We have confidence in our technical power and have acquired many patents. We are extending our business in Japan and abroad, and we have sales and manufacturing sites in China and India.

Making screws that meet the quality standards and needs of customers 
Our company develops and manufactures fastenings such as bolts, nuts, collars, and bushes used in automobiles, motorcycles, and other transportation equipment. 
More than 90% of our screw products are custom-made, and we continue to develop screw products every day in response to the quality standards and needs of the customers. Please let us know if any forging and cutting are necessary.
In a study on the screw's fastening performance, we take measurements using various test equipment to improve the safety, performance, and quality of our screw products. We also conduct FEM analysis in the planning/development phase to design optimum manufacturing processes. Evaluation and testing are offered upon request.
Establishment of Daiichi N Horizon Autocomp, a local subsidiary in India, to meet local demand for screw products 
The company operates as a sales and manufacturing base, supplying and guaranteeing the quality required by customers for screw products such as bolts, nuts, and collars.
In addition to forging and rolling machines, we have heat treatment equipment and surface treatment equipment to complete production in-house.
Our company was the first Japanese screw manufacturer to enter India. The subsidiary is ISO certified (ISO/TS16949:2009, international quality management systems) and conducts quality improvement activities daily so that they can deliver high-quality products to customers.

We are a group of plastic working professionals, and we operate the three different lines of business introduced in the section on the content of our business. Our great advantage is our integrated production system, which is capable of welding and assembling products. We possess original products, patented products, and patented technologies that are not available from other companies. This is also our advantage to solve customer problems. We are the first and only Japanese screw manufacturer that can manufacture high-quality products in India under an integrated production system.

All automobile manufacturers in Japan use our nuts, bolts, and other precision screws if Tier 1, Tier 2, and trading firms are included. We design steering supports and seats for transportation machines and devices with our customers for automobile safety, and deliver them after pressing and welding. We manufacture and sell our original SS Desk and Chair education furniture products to educational institutions in the field of school and OA furniture.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our company was the first company in Japan to manufacture and market Type 3 Class 2 cap nuts, which we achieved in the 1960s. This cap nut became a hit product with tremendous sales because of its light weight and low price. We specialize in cold plastic working and have developed screw products on consignment by combining machining and welding. We developed a high-strength aluminum bolt for industrial use by applying T73 treatment for the first time in the world. We also developed a stainless steel bolt with high strength and corrosion resistance by suppressing the Bauschinger effect. We excel at developing original products, such as insert nuts to be embedded in resin products.

[Representative's message]
Weight reduction can be considered to be an essential point in transportation equipment and various other fields. We have been developing various products to contribute to this through our screw business. Our products include high-strength aluminum bolts, which is as light as about one-third the weight of an iron product, and high-durability stainless steel bolts with high strength and corrosion resistance. Our high-torque outsert nuts and high-torque insert nuts are intended for resin-made transportation equipment and the like. We hope to meet many companies and introduce our technologies.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our company has sales sites in Hamamatsu and also in Tokyo, Toyama, Suzuka, Osaka, and Kurashiki. We restructured our website in 2013 and attended an exhibition with a subsidy from the Shizuoka Industrial Development Foundation. Starting from this experience we have been attending exhibitions in Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya every year and updating our website frequently to receive an increasing number of inquiries. We have a backup system organized from the sales department and also the engineering department, and we make proposals that are suitable for customer requests.  We also have sales and manufacturing sites in China and India where Japanese sales and engineering staff are resident for support in Japanese.
