[Company strength]
Our company has actively invested in capital and introduced the latest models to satisfy customer needs for high-quality, low-cost products. We also procure low-cost die parts and factory consumables from overseas, and we are well on our way to reducing costs by 30%. We obtained JIS Q 9100 certification in 2008, which is a management standard that includes unique requirements for the aerospace industry.

Our company has been manufacturing various prototype parts and racing parts, aluminum casting dies and die castings, and molded parts since our establishment in 1983. These products are mostly supplied to automobile manufacturers. Our specific lines of business are shell core manufacturing, aluminum prototype part manufacturing and sales, and aluminum casting die manufacturing for engine parts (such as cylinder heads and intake manifolds). We also manufacture dies for undercarriage components such as knuckles, and manufacture and sell prototype pistons, racing parts, and prototype parts.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We introduced the latest German-made five-axis machining tools in 2006 and 3D measurement equipment in 2007. We are now able to manufacture prototype parts and racing parts for automobiles and motorcycles with extremely high precision, which is ensured by our quality assurance activities. Our main product in our die distribution business is aluminum casting dies for mass-produced aluminum parts for automobiles and motorcycles. Maintenance (modification welding) is available even on short notice. We can make various kinds of prototype parts, and handle difficult-to-machine materials such as stainless steel, magnesium, and titanium in addition to aluminum.
