[Company strength]
We started out as a metal nameplate manufacturer and distributor in 1967. Our company has accumulated knowledge and experience and introduced various equipment for alumite treatment, etching, silk printing, UV inkjet printing, coating, and press working. Our goal is to provide flexible, comprehensive solutions for our customers. Our track record and experience are highly valued, and earned us approval from Kawaguchi City in 2013 as a model operator for promoting skill development. This approval has motivated us to work harder to improve and develop our skills in daily operations.

Our company manufactures decorative parts as well as interior and exterior appearance parts including model nameplates for automobiles, optical devices, home electronics appliances, and industrial equipment including pumps and motors. We also supply a wide range of commodities such as business card cases and name cards. We use metal materials such as aluminum, iron, and stainless steel, and resin materials such as polycarbonate, PET, acryl, and rubber.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our main products are appearance parts used in a wide range of industries, including automobiles, motorcycles, optical devices, home electronics appliances, and commercial equipment. We offer silkscreen printing, offset printing, etching, and alumite printing in addition to punching, bending, boring, and drawing as manufacturing technologies for aluminum. We can also apply printing, punching, and embossing processing to various resin materials such as acryl, PET, PVC, PC, PP, and ABS. We conduct inspections with toolmakers’ microscopes, 3D measurement machines and image processing machines to ensure that the products we manufacture are high-precision articles.

This is why we are constantly improving our quality and technologies under a customer-first quality policy to satisfy customers in all aspects of products, including quality, delivery, and technology. We possess the creativity to give shape to infinite possibilities. We will deliver safe, reliable products to customers both in Japan and overseas with our enthusiasm toward the development of products, environments, and people. 

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Sales activities are handled by three people including the president and two members of the sales department. The president handles any projects that require English ability. Our representatives visit the customer’s site in Japan to establish details about specifications when inquiries move to the next stage. Sales engineers in the sales department deal with technical issues (such as customization or special treatment). We can make use of our connections with other manufacturers throughout Japan to satisfy needs for a wide range of expression in the production of appearance parts and nameplates.
