[Company Strengths]
Our company established a technology for sealing metal with metal, which prevents ultra-high-pressure hydrogen from leaking. This technology can realize maintenance-free connections, and mitigate accidents in factories. Rubber packing has a century of history, but we must make it obsolete in the world of the future. Our company is the front runner in stainless steel packing. We propose stainless steel packing or packing-less joints by developing all kinds of joints.

This is a revolution of packing! Our company realized a shift from rubber packing to stainless steel packing or packing-less joints. Using the same metal packing on pipe joints eliminates the risk of human error at the time of packing replacement, making it safe and secure. Our product overcame the problem of hydrogen embrittlement caused by next-generation energies such as hydrogen gas and LNG, while realizing a high degree of pressure resistance and cold resistance. This technology was originally intended for the food industry, but it is being applied to a broad range of other businesses, including medicine and pharmaceuticals, science, automobiles, and nuclear power.

[Product and Technology Strengths]
Many major accidents in society are caused by leakage from joints. One factor is that we tend to assume that rubber packing and O-rings are a cure-all. Sealing with the same material as the connected objects can solve this problem, and this became our biggest strength. Our company has constantly developed technologies for the gasification era that is about to begin. Our products can satisfy the needs of a hydrogen society because they excel in resistance to pressure, heat, and vibration. Packing made of the same material as a pipe can be used in a wider area, relieving the concern of management and maintenance systems. We want to raise our voice against the use of resin seals. Why do we have to put that non-metal foreign matter between pipes in a factory? Conventional non-functional joints are causing accidents, affecting people around the world. 

[Representative’s Message]
Our company mostly focuses on development, following a corporate philosophy of eradicating major accidents caused by joints around the world. The stainless steel packing we developed as sanitary system for food, beverage, and medicine use has recently become prevalent. However, we are quite surprised that metal is not adopted as a sealing technology for joints, although resin material itself has evolved. This situation is not normal. What we develop is a sealing for elastic regions, and we opted for easy-to-use stainless steel packing rather than reusable rubber. We also finished developing packing-less joints as well as rings that can be used for elastic regions for hydrogen as the world’s best ring. We hope to help make this world a better place through these efforts.

[Company Structure for Market Cultivation and Overseas Expansion] 
We have not made much progress on the sales side, but some companies are interested in our products, and we intend to have sales companies to increase sales volume. We have noticed some movement overseas in the U.S. and China.
