Satonaka Seiki Co., Ltd.

We have strong confidence in our die manufacturing, where our advanced machining technology provides for the polishing margin.

Our company manufactures dies, jigs, tools, electrodes, and precision machining parts using NC milling machines. Milling, turning, and die-making are our strong points, which allows us to work with equipment manufacturers in the fields of automobiles, electrical appliances, measurement, and experiments. Our flask processing can handle materials up to 500 × 300 mm. We can deal with non-ferrous metals (including stainless steel, copper, brass, and aluminum) as well as ABS and other resins. Turning processing can be applied to various metals and resins up to diameter 300 mm in size. We possess advanced die-making technology that allows us to provide for the polishing margin.

[Company strength]
Our company has improved various machining technologies through our transactions with customer companies, who are manufacturers in the fields of on-board devices, electrical appliances, measuring devices, and testing equipment. We excel at milling and turning, so we can deal with both steel and non-ferrous materials. In small-lot production our skilled workers work faster than machining centers using NC lathes, NC milling machines, and general milling machines. We can make suggestions about optimal machining methods and cost reduction by looking at drawings, and take on small lot production and trial production.

[Business description]
We are a manufacturer operating in Ota Ward, Tokyo. Our company manufactures dies, jigs, tools, electrodes, and other precision-machined products. We also offer master gauges that are used in preparations for die manufacturing, and inspection of various products. We will work hard as a team to satisfy a wide range of needs. This is done by applying the exceptional machining technologies that we have gained over 35 years since our establishment.

[Industry]
Die machining, jigs and tools, electrodes, and precision machining

[Strength of products/technologies]
Milling is one of our strengths. We can handle large materials up to 500 × 300 mm. We can also work with both non-ferrous metals (such as stainless steel, copper, brass, and aluminum) and resins (acryl, ABS, Teflon, epoxy, graphite, and baked). We can process various metals and resin materials up to diameter 300 mm in our turning processing. Four-claw machining is available for square bar materials. We cut out dies while providing for the polishing margin, which requires highly advanced techniques. Master gauge production is another area that requires precision. We are one of the few companies that are capable of these kinds of precision machining.

[Representative's message]
We deal with important components that are manufactured in small quantities. This is why we believe that they need to be completed with precision using human eyes and hands rather than machines. Using standard blades in standard ways does not always produce accurate dimensions. Delivering the right products on the specified date requires the reliable techniques of experienced workers who can consider all the elements, including rotation, feeding, and blade type and length. These technologies and a good track record in business dating back many years earned us Excellent Factory certification from Ota Ward in 2014. We will continue to contribute to many customers with these technological capabilities.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our production control department handles management, deliveries, and customer inquiries. This department also visits customers, and provides detailed services to further satisfy customer needs.
