These products are entirely manufactured by veteran workers with over 10 years of experience, and qualified workers who have been certified through various JIS welding tests. We work with designers ¬ , depending on the situation, and develop high-value-added products. Our company also conducts industry-university collaboration, and plays an important role in Japan’s Monozukuri craftsmanship sector.

Our company designs and manufactures automation equipment, dedicated devices, laboratory equipment, measurement instruments, and related parts. We manage all processes including can manufacturing, machining, sheet metal working, surface treatment, inspection, assembly, and transport under an integrated production system. We have extensive experience in manufacturing made-to-order items and quick delivery items. We also satisfy needs for highly difficult processing that other companies avoid.

[Product and Technology Strengths]
Our company possesses production technologies for processing and manufacturing 0.05-gram to 20-ton works, and satisfies all kinds of manufacturing, machining, and sheet metal working needs regardless of the size. This even includes large works. We have also introduced the latest machining centers that allow for high-precision machining within a certain area (2000 × 1400 × 900). We can achieve high precision can manufacturing for welded structures at ±1 mm per meter (normally conforms to the JIS standard). We have a wealth of inspection equipment and measurement tools, which have been well maintained. We ensure that quality is maintained at a perfect level by adopting two-phase inspections comprising manufacturing process inspection and finished product inspection for all products. Pressure-resistance and air-tightness inspections, color checks, and other services are also available if required.

Our company has established an integrated production system that covers welding, machining, sheet metal working, design, assembly, and maintenance. This was done by making use of the know-how and technology that we have been accumulating since our establishment in 1970. Our production system enables one-stop solutions with high quality, low cost, and quick delivery, while optimizing the cost of divided orders for our customers. We hope to offer our services to many more companies while collaborating with designers and universities. We will walk from Kawaguchi to the world together with many people to realize our great dream and vision. 

[Company Structure for Market Cultivation and Overseas Expansion]
The president personally cultivates new markets as our lead sales representative, and then appoints another representative as successor. Our sales style is basically to visit the customer’s site and satisfy their needs. We will faithfully provide comprehensive support by making the most of our location in the Monozukuri craftsmanship hub of Kawasaki City (making use of other companies’ equipment and so on). We are involved with machining tools and industrial machinery, and we are actively trying to enter the fields of medical and nursing care, and robotics.
