[Company strength]
We have concentrated on precision machine processing, particularly in the field of grinding machining, since our foundation. We respond to customer demand in a diverse range of industries such as aerospace (rocket and jet engine parts), racing cars (engine parts), precision measuring instruments (precision parts), and machine tools (tool parts). We excel in small-lot (one to a few tens a month) and high-mix production as well as sample manufacturing. We have focused on manufacturing products of sufficient quality to meet the strict requirements for aerospace parts, while keeping in mind our motto of Challenge-Change-Chance.

Our operations are dedicated to grinding machining and we respond to customer needs with advanced technological competence. We handle the grinding of semiconductor parts, LCD manufacturing equipment parts, precision measuring instrument parts, aerospace parts, machine tool parts, die parts, automotive prototype parts, and more.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We are particularly proficient at aluminum plane grinding, grinding of aircraft engine parts with high-precision inside and outside diameters, etc. Our processed parts are currently used in H2A rockets, Japan’s flagship rockets. It goes without saying that the quality requirements for rocket parts are extremely strict, and we take a great deal of pride in our ability to meet these requirements. A higher level of skills is required for grinding machining, which is used for difficult-to-machine materials and higher precision machining. We have always worked hard to improve our skills so that we can meet the demands of the times.

Company president Uchida acts as the contact person responsible for customer support and comprehensively handles inquiries related to technology, cost, and delivery periods. We visit customers as needed and we also invite customers to visit us and see our technology. We actively participate in exhibitions, which are good opportunities for demonstrating our technology.
