[Company strength]
We can propose designs even if customers present us with only outline specifications (desired dimensions and performance) of functional parts, such as heat exchangers and blowers. We manufacture a wide range of products in quantities from several dozen to about 10,000 a month. This is done under an integrated production system that covers from design and development to trial manufacturing and mass production. Our system consists of continuous heating furnaces and other mass-production equipment. We constantly engage in production activities from development to mass production with the philosophy of satisfying customer needs with our proposals.

Our company develops, designs, and manufactures heat exchangers for gas and oil water heaters. We also produce eco products that make the most of cutting-edge technologies, such as CO2 water heaters, cogeneration systems, and fuel cells. Our company has set up a development department and we have been conducing design and development since our establishment in 1970. We manufacture heat exchangers from copper or stainless steel by batch brazing using a continuous electric heating furnace or vacuum heating furnace. We also design and manufacture water heaters and blowers for industrial use.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We manufacture heat exchangers as close to final products as possible from copper or stainless steel by brazing their parts with electric furnaces. We braze almost all parts together when we manufacture heat exchangers for gas and oil water heaters and CO2 water heaters. Our heat exchangers are shipped in a form requiring only assembly by the customer. We wind a four-strip fine tube around the water-side channel housing thin-plate inner fins to form the coolant side when we create heat exchangers for CO2 water heaters. The heat exchanger is completed by overall furnace brazing.

Our company was established in 1970. We have assigned our top priority to helping our customers with our Monozukuri craftsmanship since our establishment. Our company’s thinking is that helping our customers means satisfying genuine customer needs wherever possible. We hope to be a company that is capable of helping customers achieve their targets by joining them at any point in the process. This extends from stages with no clear product image to mass-production processing.

Many issues must be solved in a limited time from performance simulation, design, and trial manufacturing to evaluation until delivering mass-produced products with well-balanced cost and performance. Our development department forms a small team for each transaction with a customer. This results in many teams, and staff members specialized in sales, procurement, production technology, manufacturing, and quality work throughout our company to support each team. We will further improve our existing system and proactively develop sales channels. We will aggressively acquire direct or indirect orders for overseas expansion.
