[Product description] We can perform processing without having to apply a load onto the work. This is done by using high-speed progressive machining with a 40,000-RPM spindle, and by reducing the amount of cutting done each time. This is why deformation during and after processing can be minimized. The processing can be completed with higher accuracy and in a shorter period compared with the past. We excel at manufacturing products such as plastic molding dies, press dies, nozzles, skimmers, and thin aluminum cases. Let us take care of the high speed processing and fine processing.
