[Company strength]
We have accumulated an extensive track record of deliveries since our business began in Ota Ward, Tokyo in 1961. Our customers have mainly included the research institutes of major manufacturers and universities. We excel at machining using machining centers and lathes, and we can deliver high-quality products to customers in a short delivery time. We can offer various services in addition to ordinary machining. This includes micro processing using a vertical-type machining center (made by Makino Milling Machine) characterized by a 40,000-RPM spindle. We also provide micro-blast processing for improving the surface quality of the machined surface.

[Business description]
We offer (1) metal and resin machining (mainly machining and turning processing), (2) assembly and inspection, (3) trial manufacturing, and (4) design (CAD and CAM). We cover from processing to assembly. We will support customer requests by making use of the experience we have accumulated since our foundation. We possess multiple kinds of equipment such as machining devices and lathes. We specialize in manufacturing from single piece prototypes to lots of up to about 100 pieces.

[Strength of products/technologies]
(1) Let us take care of parts for testing equipment, repair parts for jigs and tools and production lines, and trial manufacturing before mass production. We possess multiple machining centers and NC lathes, so we can support various kinds of customer requests.
(2) Let us take care of micro processing using small-diameter tools with diameter 1 or less. We possess a high-specification machining center with a 40,000-RPM spindle. We are capable of finishing hardened steel, so we can provide high-precision parts.
(3) We deal with micro-blast processing. We add improvement of the release property of plastic dies and rubber dies, and improvement of the slippage property of sliding portions.


[Representative's message]
We mainly deliver our products to research institutes, such as the R&D units of companies and universities. The delivery of high-quality products in a short lead time has been required in recent years. Our company was raised by such customer requirements. We hope to make the best use of the experience and performance we have accumulated for more than 50 years to satisfy the needs of our existing customers. At the same time we hope to be of assistance to new researchers and engineers as much as possible. We will work to activity expand our sales activities to target these goals.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We participate in exhibitions and business meetings two or three times a year for the placement and receipt of orders, and are actively working to acquire new customers. We make use of the acquaintances we obtain by participating in exhibitions and exchange meetings to continue periodic correspondence by e-mail for information transmission. We have been increasing our new customers by 10 companies or more per year with appointment-based visits to customers, as well as walk-in sales and the like.
