Our company specializes in lost wax processes, and manufactures shaped raw materials. We undertake MIM, machining and finishing, die casting, forging, sintering and sand mold casting. We handle various materials. This includes cobalt-based alloys, nickel-based alloys, stainless steel, general iron-based materials, carbon steel, low-alloy steel and bronze. We can cast products in a wide variety of fields, from small 5 mm products to large 1 m products. We have provided a variety of high-quality products, such as defense equipment for government offices in the field of industrial machine parts, and forceps and scissors in the fields of medical treatment, hairdressing and beauty. We also manufacture food machinery parts and pressure equipment parts.

[Company strength] We undertake small-lot multi-product manufacturing. We integrally manufacture products of complex shape exactly as desired by customers. We provide lost-wax castings having a great advantage in process reduction. We manufacture a wide variety of products, from small thumb-sized products to large 900-square products. This includes the manufacturing of lost-wax castings, and the work from design to completion of large-scale heat treatment jigs.
