Our company manufactures various resin products by means of micro injection molding and insert molding methods.
We are an injection molding manufacturer that possesses micro injection molding and insert molding technologies. We manufacture cosmetics containers, auto parts, medical devices, electrical parts, and amusement device parts. We entered the cosmetics container business in 2001, and subsequently developed and manufactured the world’s first resin mascara brush. We have mass-produced as many as 5 million units of this product. Our resin mascara brush has three lines of diameter 0.2 mm projections on the tip. We applied high-precision die design technology and degassing technology (from within the die) to fill resin around the tip, and to release the die smoothly. In medical device field we manufacture syringe needles entirely from resin. These products can be filled with liquid to the very edge.
