[Company strength]
We have been providing various types of spinnerets since our foundation in 1948, and gained the appreciation of synthetic fiber manufacturers in Japan and overseas. We possess a wide variety of equipment catering to more and more diverse needs for further advancement and sophistication. We also possess a manufacturing plant overseas. We were selected as one of 300 of Japan’s Vibrant Monozukuri (Manufacturing) SMEs in 2008, and have established relationships of trust with our sound financial structure.

[Business description]
We manufacture and sell spinnerets used for synthetic fiber and non-woven fabric. We make use of our technology to make and market various dies for plastic extrusion molding and coating as well as precision products. We design our products according to customer requirements, so our products are all custom made.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We have great confidence in our hole-making technology, which is incomparable to any of our competitors. We have made products with several hundred thousand pores of 0.1 mm in diameter with variation of +/-0.00 1 mm or less. We have succeeded in several very challenging kinds of processing and meeting high quality demands. This includes finishing internal walls with Ra 0.02-micrometer roughness, sharp edges, and a fine radius of 0.01 mm. We recently started to provide our services for customers in different industries in addition to fiber manufacturers for cutting and hole-making at the single-micron level.

[Representative's message]
We have devoted ourselves to manufacturing spinnerets as our core business with our unique technologies since our establishment. Our goal is to provide products for synthetic fiber and non-woven fabric manufacturers worldwide. We hope to contribute to industries around the world by satisfying ever-changing demands requiring more accuracy and shorter lead times. The accumulated technology and knowledge that we have gained over many years will make it possible for us to explore new fields. These include dies for manufacturing high-performance films and sheets, coater dies, and spinnerets for manufacturing films for water treatment and hollow fibers for filters. We will also produce products for electronics, biotechnology, medical equipment, food, cosmetics, new energy, environment, electronic communication and aerospace.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have a pilot plant for spinning and manufacturing film sheets and non-woven fabric, which makes it possible for us to evaluate the customer’s production in advance. We have six staff members for engineering services and five for overseas sales. We also have representative staff assigned at our offices in China and Indonesia to directly visit the customer as required.

[Joint research and development]
We developed a desktop-type manufacturing device for biofilaments with the University of Toyama. We have been involved in ongoing joint research with Industrial Technology Center of Okayama Prefecture and Okayama University.
