Our technology ensures that products are rust-free for 100 years through three types of surface treatment. We are equipped to handle all products, from lightweight gears to heavy parabolic antennas. Our blasting treatment removes surface rust and contaminants by spraying an abrasive such as steel grit or alumina together with compressed air, thus preparing the surface for coating, plating, thermal spraying, and lining. Our anticorrosion coating treatment is applied after the blasting for rust prevention. We also have our thermal spraying technology for applying molten metal, such as zinc or alumina, as a surface coating. We have a wealth of expertise in protection against salt damage in coastal areas as proven by our aluminum-magnesium alloy thermal sprayed coatings.

[Company strength]
In 1957, we built a factory in Nishiyodogawa-ku, Osaka, dedicated solely to blasting, coating, and thermal spraying and have since progressed as a pioneer in the industry. Our Amagasaki factory handles articles that require a baked-on finish. We have particular expertise in surface treatment for large articles: up to 4 m in width, 16 m in length, 3.8 m in height, and 18 t in maximum load. Our established technology enables on-site work and we can provide on-site service for articles that cannot be brought into our factories or for which the work must be conducted after installation.

We provide the following types of surface treatment:
1) Blasting treatment (removal of surface rust and contaminants by spraying an abrasive such as steel grit or alumina together with compressed air; mainly used as surface preparation for coating, plating, thermal spraying, and lining)
2) Coating (post-blasting application of coating for rust prevention and anticorrosion to improve the performance and durability of applied coatings)
3) Thermal spraying (surface coating by spraying molten metal to form the coating; mainly anticorrosion thermal spraying using zinc or aluminum)
