[Company strength]
We were established as a nameplate manufacture in 1951. We have actively introduced new processing technologies for sheet metal, coating, silk printing, resin and UV inkjet printing in response to customer's demands as well as our founding technology of pressing and etching. We work under the motto of "Never say NO to customer demands". We are willing to respond to customer needs through an organic combination of those technologies under a one stop service system. We deliver high-mix small-lot products in a very short delivery period under an integrated total support system with a proven lead time of 7 days or less for 30% or more products from the sales basis.

We have many divisions including ones for sheet metal, coating, etching, silk printing, resin processing and UV printing. We supply sheet metal parts, nameplates, seals, stickers, resin processed products, advertising displays, etc. to over 350 companies including bus and truck manufacturers, industrial machine manufacturers, medical equipment manufacturers, electric equipment manufacturers, state and local public organizations and electric power companies. We have agencies on a nationwide scale dealing in our product, the AKK type water gauge, which directly contributes to flood control at rivers and dams.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We have introduced cutting-edge fiber laser multifunction machines equipped with automatic material supply/product ejection mechanisms and a YAG laser welding machine in our sheet metal division, thus achieving low-cost high-quality product manufacturing. Furthermore, our craftsmen are skilled in polishing by means of buffing finishes. We can, therefore, assure customers of high surface quality to which we have paid special attention and which have nurtured over our years in the manufacturing of nameplates and advertising displays. We perform blanking or the like on materials at 0.01 mm to 0.3 mm via etching since laser processing may cause deform, warp or strain these materials. We have also introduced a 2m×3m full flat table machine, which is the largest in Japan, in our UV inkjet printing division.

We have produced vehicle registration plates (license plates) for Japan and advertising displays since our founding in 1951. We branched out into a precision sheet metal field 40 years ago and have paid special attention to high surface quality. We exercise an innovative mindset with our motto "Never say NO to Customer demand" and we have worked with over 350 customers to date. Every employee acts as a Monozukuri professional and accumulates advanced technical know-how building on previous knowledge. We can, therefore, flexibly supply products so that the customers recognize the excellence in quality.

We are a subcontractor with more than 60 employees and we have 5 sales personnel dedicated to customer support. Not only do we reply to telephone inquiries from new customers but also inquiries on our company website within 1 to 2 days.

We have a proven track record of delivery of water gauges to Tohoku, Central Japan, Shikoku, and Kyushu and we have an estimated market share of 30% for water gauges.
