[Company strength]
We started out as an EMS capable of only design or fabrication, and have grown into a company that offers integrated production covering all processes from planning to fabrication at a low cost thanks to the expert skills of our small workforce. We can quickly and flexibly respond to a wide range of customer needs through our unique network of companies situated in the industrial hub of Ota City. We also offer distinctive quality management and abundant experience. In addition, we recently introduced a YVO4 laser printing machine that radiates a laser beam at a special wavelength that enables printing on materials on which a conventional CO2 laser cannot print.



[Business description]
We are engaged in the design, development, and manufacture of hardware. Our manufacturing facility is controlled by a select group of employees and our unique production system is based on manual assembly and wiring of electronic equipment and industrial apparatus. Each of our employees has engineering skills and is capable of making circuit adjustments and calibration for shipping inspections, repairs, etc. In addition, our experience in quality improvement and problem solving is used to review and verify the product specifications together with our customers to ensure that their needs are met for design, development, and inspection.

Manufacturing of electronic equipment and industrial devices

[Strength of products/technologies]
We manufacture ultraviolet photometers and solar light condensing units for which we have established a production management structure covering assembly and wiring, program writing (from PCs), product adjustment and characteristics tests using digital oscilloscopes (frequency bandwidth of 200 MHz), frequency counters (DC – 350 MHz), function generators (10–15 MHz), etc., and shipping. Thus, we can flexibly respond to the requirements from a wide range of electronic equipment manufacturing fields. In addition, we can conduct any type of experiment such as for structural or strength analysis to verify product safety and reliability under the guidance of the Tokyo Metropolitan International Technology Research Institute.

We are a small company that has the experience and skills to handle all our customers’ needs from product development to trial fabrication. We also provide solutions to difficult problems through analysis and verification of product specifications. We are committed to being a “Monozukuri craftsmanship” partner that provides high-quality products at low cost in the tapering manufacturing industry in Japan and thus contribute to society.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We will continue to provide in-house education and OJT to further enhance customer support through quick and accurate problem-solving in order to flexibly meet our customers’ needs and requirements. We have no administrative positions in our company; we carry out in-house training to foster each employee’s potential as an excellent customer adviser. All our employees are required to master a specific technical skill, for example, circuit design, housing design, or structural analysis, and be an outstanding partner to assist each customer.
