[Company strength]
We can propose innovative manufacturing methods based on our past experience (300 projects for both domestic Japanese and overseas manufacturing lines). Our belief is that you can’t give up until you succeed. We have always completed tasks right up to the end without giving up, ever since our establishment. We believe that this perseverance is the biggest strength of our company, and it is also a testament of how our company has survived. Switching to a different manufacturing method may require changes to a product’s shape. Conventional plant equipment manufacturers only consider steps from the manufacturing method to machine production, but we discuss product design and how to launch the product with the customer.

[Business description]
We offer integrated production of press dies and machines from the development phase. Our services include machine and press die assembly, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment piping and wiring, machine part manufacturing and processing, and control board, operation board and junction box manufacturing.

Machine manufacturing

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our company has been committed to machine manufacturing for 30 years, and has been in the business for 46 years since its establishment. We can propose innovative manufacturing methods based on our past experience (300 projects for both domestic Japanese and overseas manufacturing lines). Order lots can be anywhere between a single piece (e.g., trial manufacturing, development) to mass production of several thousand pieces. We deal with various kinds of electric controls for both domestic Japanese and overseas manufacturers, including Allen-Bradley, and Siemens.

[Representative's message]
We have been developing superb dies since our establishment as well as new technologies using these dies. This has been done from our own perspective, in order to solve issues in this unexplored field. We came up with a compound curling system that brought about groundbreaking rationalization to chassis manufacturing, in addition to various other original technologies. Our company is now highly valued as a pioneer in the field. We believe that these technological innovations are born from the application of basic technology, or a combination of various technologies. We do not regard dies as a single entity. We see them as a part of a processing and manufacturing system that is able to create new possibilities as well as innovative technology for press working. We strive to seize these opportunities.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have Korean sales representatives in Korea, and they conduct sales activities for Korean companies. These representatives may be accompanied by staff from Japan for final price negotiations, or on other necessary occasions. We usually have meetings in English using Skype for overseas manufacturers other than Korea, and visit their sites from Japan whenever necessary (e.g. fieldwork, and final-stage meetings).
