Okazaki Seisakusho Co., Ltd.

We have 100 years of experience in the fabrication of a variety of machinery including molds that do not require electric discharge machining.

We have anticipated emerging needs and responded to the changes of the times by manufacturing wooden forms and metal molds for casting, draw dies for sashes, and press molds. We are highly skilled in the design and fabrication of molds for plastic injection molding for cellular phones and automobile parts, aluminum die-casting dies, and low-pressure casting dies. We recently started manufacturing prototypes for hot-forging dies. We can design and fabricate molds that do not require electric discharge machining, which allows us to provide molds that are free from the spark-hardened layers caused by electric discharge machining and that have a longer life, for example, more than twice as long for die-casting dies. We also repair and reform a variety of molds, even without the original drawing.

[Company strength]
Our services include the design, fabrication, reforming and maintenance of a wide variety of molds and dies such as molds for injection molding, press molds, aluminum low-pressure casting dies, and aluminum die-casting dies. We are highly regarded for our ability to reform and repair molds fabricated at overseas firms transferred abroad from Japan, which has become an industry trend, and our ability to manufacture high-grade molds for producing high-quality and multifunctional parts. We also provide injection molding molds including high-cycle molding molds and RIM forming molds, and many other various molds such as aluminum die-casting dies, low-pressure casting dies, and forging dies.

[Business description]
Our company was established over a century ago. Since then, we have manufactured wooden forms and metal molds for casting, draw dies for sashes, and press molds in response to the changes of the times and in anticipation of emerging needs. Later, we started designing and manufacturing molds for plastic injection molding, such as for cellular phones and automobile parts (for airbags, periphery of seats, lights, etc.), making the most of our many years of experience, high-level of skills, and computers. We have been engaged in designing and manufacturing aluminum die-casting dies and low-pressure casting dies (for aluminum parts on the periphery of automobile engines, etc.) since 2006, and the prototyping of hot-forging dies since 2014. We also repair and reform a variety of molds including molds fabricated abroad.

Special industrial machinery manufacturing

[Strength of products/technologies]
We can design and fabricate molds that do not require electric discharge machining, which allows us to provide molds that are free from the spark-hardened layers caused by electric discharge machining and that have a longer life, for example, more than twice as long for die-casting dies. We also repair and reform a variety of molds fabricated by other companies. We can repair or restore molds, even without the original drawing. We also repair worn-out machinery including injection molding molds, aluminum low-pressure casting dies, aluminum die-casting dies, press molds, etc.

[Representative's message]
Ten years ago, my father handed over the company to me. I had learned from a young age all about molds, such as wooden forms for casting, draw dies for sashes, sealing molds for semiconductor lead frames, faucet casting dies, and so on. My father was engaged in sales, but I worked as an engineer and learned mold fabrication technologies in our production environment. We intend to develop new business fields and new customers based on our accumulated experience and sales promotion tools.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We expanded our business into the fabrication of aluminum die-casting dies in 2006, fabrication of forging dies in 2014, and repair of press drawing dies in 2015. All orders receive a prompt response and proposals are prepared by experts in mold engineering.

[Market share/Ranking]
We provide fabrication and maintenance of a wide variety of molds, which is unusual in Japan and highly appreciated by our customers.
