[Company strength]
We have 2 certified wire cut EDM technicians, and all employees involved in processing have obtained certification to provide high-level processing. We possess a wealth of manufacturing equipment and multiple units of the same kind of device, so we can provide processing in a short period at low cost. This production system is highly valued by our customers. 

[Business description]
Our company conducts consignment manufacturing of machine parts (mainly die parts), and we manufacture and sell our original Super Cleaner product (EDM fluid purification system). We offer comprehensive processing from material to finished products in addition to wire cut EDM. We provide high-quality products at low cost through our wealth of experience in plate processing (over 400 projects), original jigs, and technologies.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We can use our machining technology to manufacture plates used for IC lead frames within a tolerance of ±5 microns. We also excel at eliminating deformation after wire cut EDM, chipping, and burrs on plastic dies. We can also significantly reduce manufacturing hours, and deliver a product within a short lead time at low cost. This is done by using the Super Cleaner EDM fluid purification system and various jigs that we developed. We have no problem with machining titanium, Inconel, Permendur, and other materials that are said to be difficult to machine.

We participate in exhibitions every year (we participated in 8 domestic exhibitions in 2013). This is done to promote our technology and products, such as Super Cleaner. We participated in an exhibition in Korea for the first time in 2013 for overseas expansion. We hope to actively cultivate overseas markets to innovate wire cut EDM processing.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We will have our headquarters staff visit major companies, as we have done before, and they will work with the customer until machining problems are resolved. All our employees will actively work together as a team to solve any problems if we receive inquiries from an overseas company, and we will visit the site if necessary.
