[Company strength]
R-shaped processing technology without the use of press dies: Our company provides various kinds of machining using general-purpose metal dies, without making any dedicated dies. We can handle a wide range of materials and shapes, including punching and expanding metal checkered plates, as well as angled, FB, round, square, and pipe-shaped iron. Materials include iron, aluminum, or stainless steel, with thicknesses from 0.2 mm to 16.0 mm. Our motto is “no welding.” We try to minimize weight and die investment while producing various shapes. We will continue to improve our technologies, which is our company’s strength.

Our company is in the precision metalworking industry, and we mostly process sheet materials. Our products vary depending on customer needs, and we handle high-mix low-volume production manufacturing in a timely manner. We create a program for a project when we receive the drawings from the customer. This allows us to consistently manage all processes including NCT and laser processing, machining, bonding, bending, sheet metal working, coating, assembly, and transportation.

We have also been given opportunities to work with manufacturers as a proposal-oriented company. We plan to collaborate with overseas companies and develop human resources more actively. We are currently reviewing our internal organization so the production and sales departments can cooperate more closely to make proposals and manufacture prototypes and other products from the customer’s perspective. We are also focusing on improving our technologies so we can play a major role in revitalizing the local community and industry. We will actively try to acquire customers in overseas markets (Asia) where medium-range specifications are required.
