Development of toner seals for office equipment and printers

We develop toner seals for office electrophotographic printers. We propose the selection and shapes of materials for vibration absorption, soundproofing, and intake control for automotive related parts. We develop toner seal materials including mainly pile fabrics and knit fabrics and progressive punching blades for office equipment, for which we have applied for patents. We also develop dust control mats for floor displays, coasters, mouse pads, etc. We have a proven track record in developing new pile fabrics in cooperation with the Industrial Technology Center of Wakayama Prefecture (WINTEC) for toner seal products.
