[Company strength]
We have a system for jointly developing characteristic materials with specialist manufacturers. These materials include pile fabrics and knit fabrics with a filament density/pile (bristle) density of 600,000/square inch or more, and foams with a compressive set of 10% or less. We can supply punched products with a high precision and a punching dimension of 1/100 mm in a short delivery period (2 days) for foam products. We conduct quality assurance activities, including monthly QA meetings. All department heads and people in charge as well as the president participate in the meetings to share information on failures, investigate causes, and check the adequacy and effects of countermeasures.

[Business description]
We develop toner seals for office equipment, in particular, electrophotographic printers (LBP). We have been streamlining an integrated system for the development of materials, design, prototype manufacturing, and evaluation, with our research and development section playing a central role in the streamlining. We are also committed to VA/VE activities, offering products with optimum quality by proposing the selection and shapes of materials for vibration absorption, soundproofing, and intake control for automotive related parts. In addition, we manufacture and sell outdoor and indoor floor mats for offices and stores in the rental mat industry.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We have acquired intellectual property rights (patents) for materials including pile fabrics and knit fabrics as key toner seal materials for office equipment, thus leading our industry peers. We have developed progressive punching blades for punching and acquired intellectual property rights (patents). Using these technologies, we supply products with excellent dimensional precision and smooth cut surfaces even if they have complex shapes. We supply high-quality mat products, mainly dust control mats, while responding to the demands of customers in terms of dust absorption capacity, water absorption, oil absorption, durability, design, etc.

We develop, design, manufacture, and sell seal materials in various fields, aiming to be known as the world’s best seal manufacturer. We have focused on developing powder toner seal materials for rotating body parts, particularly in the electrophotographic field. We have created a streamlined, integrated system for the development of materials, design, prototype manufacturing, and evaluation, with our research and development section playing a central role in the streamlining. We have actively sought to acquire intellectual property through patent applications. We are committed to developing and proposing products that require excellent performance and quality in diverse markets.



[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
In April 2015 we hired two additional sales staff and two R&D staff, and are determined to strengthen our development system. The additional sales staff will search for new applications and products in markets other than the office equipment, automotive, and mat markets. The R&D staff will focus on full-fledged development of many types of end seals. We will deal with the increasing man-hours required for design and prototype manufacturing, products requiring sealability other than toners by using technologies developed for end seals, and the commercialization of paper feed/carrier rollers and belts for which we have already acquired rights.
