Metal part machining and grinding manufacturing

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our company has achieved geometric tolerance by combining the high speed and precision of the latest machines with our craftsmen’s skills and techniques using general-purpose machines. We also offer consultation to resolve problems and potential issues for our customers, and provide satisfying solutions in terms of both function and cost. This is based on our development experience gained in the Edokko-1 project.

[Representative's message]
One of our current business objectives after overcoming the crisis following the Lehman Shock is to acquire new sales channels while maintaining and reinforcing our relationships with existing customers. We have a corporate philosophy of harmony. We share information between the manufacturing and sales departments and facilitate communication among workers to pursue Made-in-Japan Monozukuri craftsmanship and provide high-precision, high-quality products. This is done while enhancing our processing technologies and expanding our proposal-oriented sales activities.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our 33 employees include five sales representatives (two are in charge of cultivating new customers). They provide consultation on the design and manufacturing side, in addition to normal sales activities. These activities have contributed to many breakthroughs for our customers, from cost and functional perspectives. Our representatives are also accompanied by operating officers responsible for technologies if non-standard manufacturing issues are involved.
