We offer precision processing using a progressive transfer press, square tubes, drawing of irregular shapes, and so on.
We possess 13 sets of state-of-the-art servo presses. We can quickly manufacture high-precision products in large quantities. We have particular strength in the accuracy of our bending, the beauty of our shear plane work, and our concentricity accuracy. We also have a long history of involvement in manufacturing housings for electric power meters. We have strength in proposing advantageous construction method conversion for our customers. This is based on our accumulated know-how in square tube and irregular shape drawing, and so on. One example is that we achieved a 90% shear plane by using press punching onto a product. This was done instead of conventional machining, which had been utilized to obtain a clear cross-section on a thick panel. We have an extensive track record.
[Product description] We possess 13 sets of state-of-the-art progressive transfer servo presses and one 300-ton progressive transfer press. A progressive transfer press is an automatically operable system. One piece of coil material is progressively fed into dedicated progressive transfer molds in which multiple steps are incorporated into one die. It is known as the highest peak of press technology. The rotation motion of the press can be freely set in a servo press, and it can be set such that the speed is reduced only when the product is descending. This makes it possible to conduct quick, large-volume manufacturing of products that require accuracy. Our greatest strengths include the accuracy of our bending, the beauty of our shear planes, and our concentricity accuracy. Another strength of our company is that we also deal with products using dies in which a tap mechanism is built into a progressive transfer die. [Product description] Drawing processing is a technology for drawing a sheet of metal into a seamless container shape. We have a long track record of delivering outer peripheral housings for power meters to major electric machine manufacturers. This experience leads to our particular strength in drawing processing. Drawing processing has various degrees of difficulty, and hemisphere shapes are considered to be simplest. We are strong in square tube drawing for square tube shapes, and irregular shape drawing in which steps are added to square tube drawing. It is not easy to draw the material homogeneously in these products, and cracks readily occur. Our company can provide clean processing without causing any cracks.
