[Company strength]
We have been involved in precision part processing for 40 years since our foundation. We deliver products to many fields including aerospace equipment, defense equipment, and semiconductor manufacturing equipment. We have also developed new processing technology, introduced new precision processing equipment, and made aggressive efforts to process difficult-to-process shapes.

[Business description]
We deliver precision machined parts mainly to industrial equipment manufacturers and electrical manufacturers. We provide mass production, and we also support a wide range of trial manufacturing from single articles in order to satisfy prototype-making requests from enterprises and universities. We have worked on technology development such as five-axis processing, processing difficult-to-machine materials such as titanium, and processing hard brittle materials such as ceramics. We can support various kinds of part processing regardless of the material to be used.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We can conduct precision processing regardless of the type of material, including metal, resin, and ceramics. We have introduced micro precision five-axis processing equipment, so we can also handle simultaneous five-axis processing of micro parts. We can handle complicated-shape processing of difficult-to-machine materials such as ceramics and hard brittle materials that had been difficult to treat with conventional machining. This is done by making use of the technology we have accumulated to date. We have acquired ISO 9001 certification and ISO 14001 certification (No. 2 Factory), and arranged a quality assurance system.

We have been involved in Monozukuri craftsmanship for more than 40 years since our foundation. We have delivered products to many fields, and refined our technology. We introduced machining centers far earlier than our competitors, and aggressively worked on developing new technologies such as five-axis processing. Our goal is to apply the technology we have accumulated to date to enter the field of medical equipment part manufacturing, and to further improve our technology power.

We have acquired ISO 9001 certification and ISO 14001certification, and arranged a quality assurance system. We participate in medical seminars and exhibitions hosted by the Ota Ward Industrial Development Association with the goal of cultivating the medical market. We actively work on joint development with research institutes such as universities and perform market research, as well as enhancing our technology.
