[Company strength]
Most SME manufacturers are specialized in a specific business, such as dedicated molding manufacturers, and few companies comprehensively cover manufacturing processes from die making to assembly. The ordering manufacturer typically needs to deal with as many manufacturers as the number of processes and parts. These ordering manufacturers can improve their productivity, and reduce costs, by selecting and combining the multiple manufacturing processes that we offer. Our one-stop solutions are made possible by our integrated production system that consistently manages all processes from design to productization. This system allows us to work smoothly with our customers, so it is widely favored among our customers, along with our extensive material and processing technologies. 



[Business description]
Our company started as a gasket manufacturer and distributor, and then entered future growth fields including communications devices and medical equipment after being active in molding and sheet metal businesses. Our share is particularly high in the market for cell phone base stations, among other products. We have comprehensive development, design, and manufacturing operations, including concept design, die making, part molding, and assembly. Developing original products is another focus of our company, as indicated by our entry into the physical/chemical device field after we joined Japan Scientific Instruments Association in 2013.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our company has an integrated production system covering development, design, die making, and assembly, and many years of experience in base station antenna production. This is why we possess extensive know-how and large market shares. We are capable of conducting joint research with university professors, as well as developing new products. This has earned the trust of many listed companies, and consequently allows us to work with these companies directly. Our main products are hollow-fiber membrane modules, and we have all the necessary engineers and facilities in-house (except for materials) to ensure the lowest possible cost. We offer products with added value such as quick delivery, low cost, and compact design so that our products will be used for a long time.

Our company will contribute to the development of society by applying our extensive manufacturing technologies and imaginative product development capabilities to make communications equipment and medical devices. This is based on our fundamental policies of a sincere and honest attitude toward Monozukuri craftsmanship, ingenuity, and taking on the challenge of difficulties. We will reinforce our marketing to communicate what is good about our company in exhibitions, targeting orders for finished products as a whole, including design, manufacturing, and measurement. Our overseas business plan does not involve establishing production sites. We may set up sales sites whenever we find opportunities to increase sales. We may increase imports while directly working with local manufacturers.

Our website is displayed in Japanese, English, and Chinese. We also hand out English and Chinese PR catalog leaflets at exhibitions. The sales and materials departments are focused on English language training in our internal framework. They are preparing for future overseas business that will become possible under the Japan–Thailand Economic Partnership Agreement (JTEPA). We also have a cost reduction initiative as a policy for China, which involves offshoring products manufactured in-house. We want to promote our hollow-fiber membrane modules in overseas markets, so we are approaching possible overseas sales agencies in countries like Korea, although there may be some obstacles.

There are many kinds of membrane modules, but our products, which are distributed through sales agencies, have a share of 40 to 50% of the semiconductor and FPD markets.
