[Company strength]
High-mix low-volume production is becoming increasingly common, and our partial warping machines started to generate a large amount of production loss. These machines were intended for medium-lot production, which was the previous mainstream method. We believe that textile machine manufacturers must urgently address this major issue of small lots and quick delivery in the apparel industry. Our sample warping machine offers many merits, such as a significant reduction in textile production time as well as in the amount of production loss. It has helped enhance productivity at textile manufacturers. 

[Business description]
Our company has been a dedicated manufacturer of loom preparation machines (warping machines) since its establishment in Kiryu, which is a textile production town. We provide unique warping machines that are indispensable to textile production. High-mix low-volume production is now becoming increasingly common in the textile industry. Our warping machines, and specifically our sample warping machines, have acquired 100% of the domestic Japanese market, and secured 50% of the world market through exports to about 50 countries.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our electronic control sample warping machines are a demonstration of our original technology. The machine follows a preprogrammed design (color arrangement), and selects string and completes the warping process without manual input. The warping length can be anywhere between 7 to 400 meters, which makes it suitable for small-lot production of several articles, as well as warping for sample products. Our machines have successfully reduced the manufacturing time in small lot production to less than half, thereby realizing quick delivery. Our machines can handle glass fiber, Kevlar, and other industrial materials in warping in addition to cloth yarns such as silk, cotton, wool, and hemp yarn.

Our company has shipped to more than 50 countries around the world, but we hope to continue to actively participate in trade fairs and exhibitions. We also want to approach existing customers to meet potential customers. We intend to further enhance the efficiency and performance of our products to help restore the domestic Japanese textile industry.

Our product has a 100% share of the Japanese domestic market, and has secured 50% of the global market through exports to around 50 countries.
