We develop final products for our customers at high speed and low cost under an integrated system from trial manufacturing and development to mass production. This system enables us to reduce lead times and costs in logistics, production, and management, as well as risks of information leakage. Since our foundation in 1945 our company has focused on manufacturing gears required in various fields. These include aircraft, construction machinery, electric power equipment, machine tools, forklifts, medical equipment, and printing machines. We think it is our mission and the meaning of our existence to meet high-level customer needs and support Japan's Monozukuri craftsmanship.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our company makes use of gear grinding machines to provide high-precision gears, and we also possess gear calculation software to propose gear specifications that satisfy customer needs. We will propose optimum gear specifications if you present the necessary conditions for your gears. The basic conditions used for our calculations are based on the latest ISO strength calculation formula. We perform our calculations under standards that are more globally acceptable than the conventional AGMA standards. We can deliver products processed under the same conditions as those proposed for simulation based on the calculation results.

We make proposals for optimal loads and higher conductivity from the stage of gearbox assembly design to trial manufacturing, assembly, and mass production. This is done by making use of our characteristics as a gear manufacturer. We will further strengthen our in-house system as a one-stop solution company covering from concept to design, trial manufacturing, and mass production. Our sales and manufacturing teams will collaborate to provide various assembly products at quick turnarounds.
