Our company installs machines and devices. We also have a business license from the Governor of Ehime Prefecture for handling plumbing work. Our plumbing services include piping works, duct connection works, pressure vessel manufacturing and installation, and manufacturing various kinds of tanks. Our company installs construction machines and devices. We also manufacture and install various kinds of metal machinery and equipment, plant equipment, conveyance equipment, and intake and exhaust equipment. We can weld stainless steel, mild steel, titanium, aluminum, and copper for various kinds of metal working. We also conduct R&D and manufacturing for associated devices (such as filtration devices and micro bubble generators).

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our patented water screw filter enables stable filtration without filter screen cleaning (backwash cleaning) for a long period of time. An adsorption tower cartridge can be mounted on the outside of the filter screen to simultaneously eliminate solids and dissolved solids. This filter is applicable to water treatment in manufacturing food and paper, and in various other fields such as metal working. We applied our unique technology to develop a micro bubble generator (unexamined Japanese patent application obtained), which is capable of generating micro bubbles with low pressure (from 0.01 MPa). We can manufacture gas-liquid mixing devices and incidental equipment by combining them. These products are used in aquaculture and agriculture to promote growth, supply oxygen, and purify water. We can expand these devices to manufacture durable, corrosion-resistant products from titanium or aluminum.

We exhibit our products at events (trade fairs) and show our technologies to many visitors to advance deeper into the water treatment equipment industry and expand our sales channels. We intend to promote a high level of awareness of our products and technical power and expand our sales channels as a water treatment equipment manufacturer. Water contamination is an issue in the Asian region, and we will propose easy-to-maintain, simplified water treatment with little running cost for overseas expansion. We aim to develop new sales channels and promote sales of our products as devices to adjust the concentration of dissolved oxygen and the quantity of plankton. Our targets are overseas shrimp farms and other aquaculture facilities.

Our company conducts R&D and designs products in a team of three including the president, a person responsible, and a person in charge of development. We are always ready to respond to inquiries and requests, and to provide consulting. We assume that our parts can be applied in joint development with major equipment manufacturers, and also adopted as parts for manufacturers’ equipment. We will promote the development of products that satisfy customer needs.

[Joint research and development]
The performance of our micro bubble generator has already been tested with Shimadzu Corporation inspection equipment possessed by the Kochi National College of Technology. The performance of our filtration device has also been jointly tested with a major manufacturer of water treatment equipment.

We a history of performing installations and deliveries for major pulp and paper manufacturers (Marusumi Paper, Daifuji Paper Mfg., and so on), major glass manufacturers (Central Glass, and so on), a public body (Niihama Waterworks Bureau), and so on.
