[Company strength]
We actively make use of advanced technology such as simultaneous five-axis processing technology, and we are proactively introducing state-of-the-art processing machines. We have achieved high-precision, high-efficiency machining required for semiconductor manufacturing equipment parts, aircraft engine parts, and so on. We can achieve efficiency improvement and can handle any customer requests. This is done by applying the processing technology and 3D CAD/CAM technology our company had been accumulating for many years to all processes including planning, design, manufacturing, and inspection.

[Business description]
We conduct processing from development to design, manufacturing, and sales of ultra-precision parts for semiconductor manufacturing equipment and various ultra-high-vacuum parts. We manufacture parts that comply with the advanced technology of major companies in fields related to space and defense. We also focus on quality control. We acquired JIS Q 9100 certification in 2010. In 2013 we introduced large three-dimensional measuring equipment, which is in the largest class in Japan. Our goal is to manufacture even more advanced ultra-precision parts.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We have achieved processing steps with highly-reliable NC programming by making use of our 3D CAD/CAM system. Our production engineers have conducted planning for special jigs and examined processing methods. We devise our own original technology to manufacture parts that cannot be made by other companies. Our company has introduced a large three-dimensional measuring machine, and we maintain an environment in which precision measurement is guaranteed for products of any size.

We have already received orders for manufacturing aircraft engine parts from domestic Japanese enterprises. We also aim to receive orders from prime manufacturers such as Boeing and Airbus.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We hope to contribute to Japan’s Linear Shinkansen maglev bullet train business, which is anticipated to be a big project, by manufacturing and supplying parts. This will be done by making use of our long accumulation of ultra-precision and ultra-high-vacuum parts manufacturing technology, and our precision measurement with large three-dimensional measuring equipment. We also aim to receive orders from prime manufacturers such as Boeing and Airbus by making use of our technology for manufacturing aircraft engine parts.
