We have been developing our business with a focus on white metal bearings and white metal ingots since our foundation in 1923. We handle both new bearing products and repair (re-metal) products. We possess a large centrifugal casting machine, which is one of the largest in Japan. We can also manufacture bearings with a maximum size of 1,200 mm × 800 mm, and to a weight of 1 ton. We can satisfy various industry needs. We have a track record of doing business with domestic Japanese and foreign enterprises, including IHI Group and Ebara Group. We also have confidence in manufacturing low melting point alloys.

[Company strength]
We are a pioneer company in the field of white metal. We focus on slide bearings based on the many years of experience and history we have been accumulating since our foundation in 1923. We are a JIS-certified factory that can conduct integrated production including alloy manufacturing, casting, machining, and non-destructive testing under complete quality control. We manufacture all the white metals defined by JIS, and about 30 kinds of low melting point alloys with melting points from 47 °C to 199 °C. We also handle solder and various other special alloys, slide bearing casting, and precision machining. We contribute to the development of Japanese industry and quality improvement.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We can handle both new slide bearing products and re-metal (repair) products. We can conduct centrifugal casting of bearings with a maximum size of 1,200 mm × 800 mm and to a weight of 1 ton. This is done by using one of Japan’s largest centrifugal casting machines. We can manufacture any kind of white metal such as the white metals defined in Types 1 through 10 of JIS H 5401, ASTM standard products, and other specialized items. We manufacture about 30 kinds of low melting point alloys with melting points from 47 °C to 199 °C. We have also prepared cadmium-free and lead-free products. We can satisfy your requests for high quality, quick delivery, and small-lot production.

We have been supporting industrial machinery rotating parts as an integrated manufacturing factory of white metal ingots and white metal bearings for over 90 years since our foundation in 1923.
