[Company strength]
Our pressing technology is specialized in the processing of small-sized precision parts. Our technology is maintained by our expert press die design engineers and our mechanical design specialist group. We can take advantage of our technology power to receive orders. These range from customer support in highly difficult plastic processing experiments to consultation about converting production methods into press processing. We also offer small lot (up to 7,000 pieces) consignment manufacturing of precision parts.

We design and manufacture desktop safety servo press machines (custom-made) and small precision dies. We also conduct research support for engineering universities and institutions that aim to advance precision plastic processing technology. We offer small-lot consignment manufacturing of small-sized precision products (10 × 10 mm in size; dimensional error of ±0.05 mm or less; thin plate processing).

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our desktop safety servo press machine is characterized by three elements. It has a desktop size and a servo motor. It is also an authorized safety press, which means that it can be operated even in an environment without the presence of a qualified presswork supervisor. Such characteristics are effective for in-line manufacturing small-sized products. Our ultra-small press unit (applicable pressure is 1.9 tons) is lightweight and can be carried by two adults. It can be operated using a 100V single-phase power supply, so the installation site can be selected flexibly. An ultra-small servo screw press machine, material supply equipment, material winding equipment, and controller box can be installed on the desk at the same time. This is our product’s advantage. We can also design and manufacture special precision dies in addition to our desktop press machine.

[Representative's message]
Our business style is to construct a system of cooperation with overseas local partners under mutual trust cultivated through our transactions to date. Our goal is to cultivate overseas markets without imposing an excessive burden. In the future we also hope to find partner companies in Korea and the United States. We hope to expand our Monozukuri craftsmanship network with which we can supply our products to local venture companies dealing with precision micro products. We want to make use of this network to further enhance our cultivation of new overseas customers, reduce product costs, and improve after-sale support to customers.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have built up corporate power by outsourcing processed products to partner companies in order to expand our overseas business. We plan to entrust these companies with local sales activities in continental Asia and Southeast Asia. Our goals in doing business with major domestic Japanese companies are to open our website, regularly visit customers, and reduce the cost of our existing products.

We do not have detailed data. However, we think we have certain level of market share for each of our products considering our long-term transactions with our existing customers.
