Our company conducts comprehensive thermal treatment from high-mix low-volume production to mass production. This includes salt quenching, vacuum quenching, high-frequency quenching, and nitriding. We make use of our empirical values and data to estimate dimension change rates and strain after thermal treatment based on specific material properties, complicated shapes, and product uses.
