[Company strength]
We are pushing ahead with continuous quality improvement activities and technology development. Our corporate philosophy is that quality is the essence of the company, rationalization is the power of the company, and new technology is the future of the company. Our target in quality activities is to create a process without defective products by making use of QC activities and process FMEA from the design run-up stage. We also make proposals to reduce processes and costs. This is done by conducting progressive transfer pressing of parts that had been conventionally manufactured by machining or other types of mechanical processing. 

[Business description]
We mainly deal with pressing parts manufacturing, prototype manufacturing, die design and manufacturing, and mass production processing. We are working hard to refine our technology with the aim of enhancing our die and molding technology, which can eliminate the labor of machining after pressing.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We have abolished parts machining by introducing pressing, and converted the method from other conventional processing methods to pressing processing. Examples include thick panel pressing (panel thickness of 0.2 to 10.0), pressing processing of difficult-to-process materials (such as stainless steel, high strength sheet steel, and special steel) and lost wax. Progressive transfer pressing is one of our best technologies. We possess 45-ton through 400-ton pressing machines. We can treat panels with thicknesses from t0.2 to t9.0. We have received our customer’s trust particularly for our thick panel pressing technology. One example is cost reduction proposals by converting from machining products to pressing products. We propose cost reduction, yield rate improvement, and productivity improvement. This is done by converting the method and introducing pressing instead of other conventional processing methods.

We have been offering services from die design and manufacturing to mass-production processing by pressing for more than 60 years since our foundation. We have been working every day with the goals of quality improvement, rationalization, and new technology development. We have established a corporate system that can support a wide range of customer requirements. We also target high-value-added Monozukuri craftsmanship by drawing out the creative power and ability of each company staff member.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We hope to develop our sales activities for customers based on trust and performance. At the same time we hope to expand our market by making use of a proposal-type approach based on our accumulated technology. This will be done in order to apply our technological power to a more extensive range of areas than before.

We do not have detailed share data. We believe we have a certain level of market share because we have been continuously doing business with our existing customers for many years.
