We are a company with a good track record in the field of metal part production, and we make use of an original manufacturing method. 



We are a metal part manufacturer established in 1923. Our company manufactures and sells nuts and other metal fastening parts for a wide range of domestic Japanese and overseas industries, such as automobiles, aircraft, electrical equipment, and housing. Our manufacturing method is based on cold forging technology that we have gained in our many years of operation. We take pride in our ability to manufacture high-precision parts, and established an integrated production system to comprehensively manage all manufacturing processes starting from raw material procurement. This also helps us to satisfy various customer needs. Our products can be made from various materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium.

[Company strength]
We have been operating as a dedicated nut and metal part manufacturer since 1947. Our company introduced cold forging technology much earlier than the competition, and we have accumulated original techniques with this manufacturing method. We also realize high quality and high precision in all the nuts and parts we manufacture. This is done through an integrated production system featuring in-house management of all processes starting from raw material procurement. Our products can be made from a wide range of materials as a result, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium.

We manufacture and sell nuts and other metal parts used as fastenings. Our company and production sites have been operating in Tokushima Prefecture since our establishment in 1923. Our products are used by many domestic Japanese and overseas customers in a wide range of industries, including automobiles, aircraft, electrical equipment, housing, and hobbies. The main characteristic of our manufacturing practice is that we comprehensively manage all processes from R&D to design, manufacturing, and sales to ensure thorough quality assurance.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our company manufactures the widest variety of parts in the female screw industry. This includes both standard parts like hexagon nuts and flange nuts, as well as non-standard parts including parts that are customized according to customer needs. This was made possible by our integrated production system that covers all processes from design to production. Our manufacturing equipment is also serviced in-house to maintain its accuracy, and we design and manufacture our equipment in-house, except for our cold forging machines. More than 90% of cold forging dies are also manufactured in-house. This comprehensive technological strength in terms of the ability to manufacture both products and production equipment is one of our strong points.

In the present global economy our main customers and users are strongly promoting local production in consumer nations, while speeding up efforts to optimize procurement on a global scale. I believe that product development and manufacturing should be based on global standards to survive in this changing supply chain landscape. 

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We maintain a technical service center contact for customers on our website as a place to provide consultancy to potential customers as part of our market cultivation efforts. Exhibitions in Japan are also good opportunities for us to meet more customers other than screw trading companies. We visit and participate in exhibitions mainly in ASEAN countries to gather information on needs in each country, and to select a suitable country for a new sales site.

Our nuts are also delivered to major household appliance and light electrical equipment manufacturers, and many other customers.
